This is from our local paper, the Spokesman Review today. Apparently, the Discovery channel was in town yesterday to do a story on the Spokane car culture and Tim's Hot Rods. In case you didn't know Tim's built two of the most high profile rods in the last year, the Zephyr that sold for $425,000 and the '36 Airflow that was on the cover of Street Rodder last month. Tim is on the HAMB as IBUILDM. They hit our Wednesday cruise night too, the one week I don't go. They're doing a new show called Monster Nation.
I'll take his little black deuce roadster over either of those any day. Hope he brings it to Car-D-Lane in 2 weeks. Kinda like his buddy's orange one too. Got any pics of those?
Tim's roadster is one of the coolest cars in town. I think it's cool that a guy who builds these high dollar cars drives a primered roadster, and he's driven it for years too. BTW, that monster motor in the foreground is his son's chevelle.
