    great design and execution too!

when rubbing it out, did you do anything special...or are you wet sanding? If wet sanding...what grits did you go with?

Sweet, reminds me of vintage matchbook art(which i dig) on the black background . Nice touch on the tinting, kind of brings it all together.

See that gallon of 3M Super Duty Rubbing Compound, That will get you intstant patina burn through on edges and body lines with a little elbow grease. I refer to it as 80 grit in a bottle.

It was late on a Sunday night when we pulled up to Norwell's studio and knocked on the window. When he opened the door we threw a dirty blanket over him , tied him up and tossed his *** in the back of the 40 delivery. When we dragged him into the shop and chained him to the wall on Monday morning he weighed about 200. Three days later with both doors finished and 40 lbs lighter we let him go. Think he headed North somewhere . It's about the people you meet and the friends you make - the Hot Rods are the glue

    Jeff,

I'm sorry to hear this. Last time we spoke you were getting tests at the Doc, but I hadn't heard the results. Does this mean you wan't be givin' me sugar next time I see you?

Dumb question, but........When you transfer the image with Saral paper does the paint have trouble sticking or do you wipe it off before you paint?

    By the way "Looks good".

Not a dumb question at all Chris.....
... Nope, the Saral is non greasy or waxy... paint flows right over.I have tried many.. but I found this to be the best.It does not "repel" the paint either.
I have used this stuff for over 20+ years...
I have found to source it has been getting more difficult.. cause many hard core art stores have been going "Crafty" since the advent of the computer.
    here is the company....

    It's cheap too!:)
