Technical MITCHELL QUICK CHANGE / NZ info needed

I purchased a Mitchell QC from Haydn Mitchell back in 2017. I misplaced the paperwork that was included with the quickchange. Would anyone happen to have a copy that they could share with me? I sent a email to Haydn at the address I have for him earlier today, waiting on a reply. Is Haydn still producing the QC's or have a different email address for him?
