GREAT body to start with! I plan on putting my '30 roadster body on '32 rails with a 354 HEMI. Never seen anyone cut a new ch***is up like that, what is the reason?

  7. Dude NICE! I'd like to come see that sometime! If you ever need a hand let me know.

I had to narrow the 8inch Ford to get the look I was after.

I made a layout on a sheet of plywood to double check the ladder bars before I welded them up.

Set the body on for a test fit, I still have to modify front sub rails to drop the front. How does the rear wheel look in the wheel well?

I cut up the rails so they would fit the model A body a little better. No one will probably even notice the changes other than the pinch at the cowl.

  19. Are, or rather were, those rails flat top and where...might I ask...did you get them?:)

Wow, man that thing looks AWESOME! GREAT body to start out with, wish mine was in that condition when I started. Love the way you cut the rails to fit the body better, there was a car a few years back called "Mr. Yuck" that had a similar, but not identical way of mounting the body to the frame. I always wondered if he cut the frame to match the body better, and after seeing this I think he did. Looks great! And the Hemi-I'm envious! Keep us posted

Built the motor mounts today,I made a lay out first to make sure everything was going to work before I cut and tacked together.
