I thought there was a post with this info but I sure couldnt find it. the only wood block i'll be using is the cowl piece, so didnt want to order the whole set and have to wait for them to get here, does anybody have a cowl piece I can get the measurments off? I need width, and thickness at the fat and skinny ends, trying to save some trial and error if possible. I'm talking 30-31 roadster if that matters. Its the piece on the bottom center, Thanks for any help
That kit looks like its for a 28-29 coupe. 30-31 doesn't use the pieces pictured in the lower middle.
you know i had all the dwg's for model-a body blocks and now i cant find them, i think i went on http://www.modelaford.org/forum/index.php and someone emailed them to me.
When I ordered my kit, it came with several round rubber spacers about 2" in diameter. Was told they were for the mount at the cowl. I don't know that for 100 % sure. But thats what I have there. Maybe someone else knows for sure that can clue us both in.Didn't read that about roadster. I'm pretty sure all kits are the same. The piece in question goes under the cowl between the door and the toe-board. The round disc goes under the toe-board
