Anyone know who owns this coupe, I believe it was built by a hamber. HRP

Danny, I think that car was built by HAMBer, @s**** metal 48 in Dayton, Ohio. He may be some help as to the current owner. It's a neat little Hot Rod. Milo has built some cool stuff for sure.
