Model A Engine/Trans Removal questions

I did some searching, but I always **** at search. I am pulling the motor and trans from the 30 model a. I will not need motor mounts. The front mount and mid mount look simple. but, the front control arms are attached to the transmission. Will I be able to roll around the ch***is when I remove those? Also is the only other rear mount the closed DS?

Are there any threads with a write up?

 

Yes, if the back end of the wishbone wants to go up throught the open frame, just put a board across, under the framerails

Yes, split it at the back of trans, where the ball looking part is. 2 halves bolt together.
