Depends on stance. Bumpers drop the car visually. At the front if you remove the bumper a spreader bar can help. full fendered car can look a bit bug eyed dependin on what lights and headlight bar you use.

  7. Paul, your roadster looks good sitting in front of your shop. Nice windshield frame, too. Leave the roadster as it is, and just enjoy it.

Always liked the look of 32 bumpers on an A....over A bumpers.

Re-drill the A bracket holes narrower for the 32's bolts being closer together.

No bumpers, looks a lot cleaner, my avatar and Sport Coupe both run 39 taillights. Best picture I had on the computer of the taillights.

The problem with no rear bumper is the fenders look odd without being bobbed or adding a roll pan to close up the space

I agree with that, both of my coupes are running fiberglass rolled pans, fixes the cut off look and fills the gap. I'm running a 3" pan on the Sport Coupe.

Model A tail lamps, full bumper and MG tag light license bracket where spare used to live.

Bought it from a good friend. Was chopped ( like 2") when I got it. Looks like a 60's frame. Light pitting in the chrome. But that's what I wanted exactly.. Thank you

Sorry, it's not a roadster, my roadster has no fenders. The Model A bumpers were the first thing to go. I shortened the Model A taillight stalks to go better with the curve of the body and used '36 lights because they are cleaner (and I already had them).
It'll get a custom made nerf bar and maybe '39 taillights soon.
