i believe the front fenders on a model a are the same just not sure on the running boards and rear fenders can anyone help? im building a 31 vicky and have a chance to buy a nice set of 31 coupe fenders and want to make sure its the correct choice.. thanks

  2. Fronts and boards are the same. The rears are different. Coupe, roadster and roadster pick up rears are the same. Sedan, touring, and vicky rears are the same.

I think you'll find it is the splash aprons that need to match with the fenders...

The splash apons are different but will work either way. Two piece and one piece. Check but I believe two piece is 31.

There is a lower pan that goes between the rear fenders. Synders has them is fiberglass. Rear Splash Pans

Some of the 4-Door sedans, and the Victoria used this pan. It went under the back of the body between the two rear fenders. These were used originally, but good steel originals are getting hard...

two piece splash aprons are 1930 '31 are one piece '31s are much nicer. besides the radiator shell, thats the dnly way to tell them apart. the insert on the top of rad. shell was painted the color of the car. :):):) in '31.
