Hot Rods Model A flared wheelwell

What would one look like ???

I got this storyboard from a neighbor's garage that was left there by a previous owner, reading all the details of the build it says "flared wheelwells" but in the artist rendering I don't see them.
So I'm curious what they are and look like, I would think it would be like a trimmed molded fender, but again I don't see that in the rendering.



And if you're curious about the Cinnamon Firemist paint it's a factory 1970 Cadillac color

As for the flares I would suspect molded in Fender-lettes like the 33/4 coupe that just got dug out.
