Model A Front X-member angle?

If someone has a stock A frame with the front X member in it,could you tell me what degree it sits at with the frame at 0 degrees=flat.I'm trying to repair some R$T R*D ****. This is a built frame,and not a stocker.I know that it has to be about 7ish(degrees) tilt, (caster) but want to make sure.

Stock crossmember--7* built into the crossmember with frame level.

 

Excuse my lack of knowledge.....tilting back toward the rear,or tilting toward the front? At least i got the lucky 7 right. 50/50 guess....Rear?
