Model A - Greys windshield? Does anyone know Don Kendal?

The picture on the cover of this months Hop Up online has a picture of Don Kendals roadster (I had never seen it before). It's the only other windshield I've ever seen like the one on my A, and I'm currious if he or anyone else here has any history on it. To my knowledge its a "Greys" windshield from back in the day.
