    Hello. I need some direction...

I am building a 5 window coupe from the ground up. I have all the sheet metal straight and now am ready to put it back together. I also have stained the wood kit and have part of that installed already.

My questions is... how do I put the car together and paint the interior but not paint the wood. I know I have seen some rides done up this way but I can't figure it out for the life of me.

Here are some photo of my progress. Please help.

    Thank you.

Be real careful taping off the wood. I'm doing Tindall's Model A right now and he has the wood kit installed. I'm just going to be really, really careful when taping it off.

taping it off is your only option unless you want to remove it

Why would you want to do that? Henry just had the guys spray it along with everything else.

not sure why you want to do this, but I think you need to cut in the wood areas first, nail the wood in, and then mask it off
