Projects Model A Pickup Project started this weekend

    Caddy-O that truck looks great. this is the first time I have caught this thread . Its gonna be a reaL NICE TRUCK WHEN YOUR DONE.

    Thanks Double C. It's been a long project that I'm ready to finish so I can work on my own stuff.

    I always wanted a slammed, but otherwise stock, Model A truck. Put a pair of reverse eye springs and a dropped axle on it. :D

    Couldn't agree more. This thing sits too high for my taste with those 19" wheels.

    WOW. That truck is beautiful. It has to look awesome in person. Caddy-o you should be very proud how that thing turned out. How does it drive???is there an engine ? I didnt see any pictures of one. or is it a museum piece??

    Thanks guys..I appreciate your compliments. The truck belongs to a friends dad. Most of the work just involved the paint, mechanical, and structural work. It runs and drives really well and is a blast to drive. Once I get the vinyl top stretched back and tacked in it should be about ready.

    Thanks for the kind words everyone.

    Johnny Mac... Thanks for all your help on this A.... late night sanding... figuring out how to put the jigsaw puzzle back together.


    It is now on the the 49 Merc and 49 Pontiac
