Can anyone give me an idea of a good axle width to go with on the rear of a Tudor Sedan. Planning on running this car low.

I would take the mounted wheels and tires you are going to use and set them beside the sedan at ride height and measure through the center of the rims from side to side...Should give you the width axle you need...........

I'm wondering the same thing. I don't have wheels/tires yet, but I'm planning on skinnies front and rear. The car will be definitely be an "A" without fenders. Is there a minimum width I should be looking for to make sure the tires have some clearance from the quarter panels? The reason I ask is because I'm heading to a swap meet this weekend and am sure I'll have the chance to buy a suitable rear axle, likely a 9". Someone had told me 60" WMS to WMS is the minimum I should look for, generally speaking. Any help would be much appreciated....
