   I welded my crossmember level to the frame. Is it ok to have a slight angle to the spring as shown in the pic? Everything else is square and looks good.
   When I weld in ladder bars, how much lift/rotation can or should I put on rear axle tube?

   I don't see a issue as long as your pinion angle is correct.
