Ok everyone I want to lower my full fendered 31 truck in the rear and would like some real world numbers on lowerin down the back with a model A roadster spring, a model T spring or a posies reverse eye spring. and if ur running full spring pacs or what. Thanks in advance! -Eric
Sweats, Have you considered getting a reversed main bottom leaf for a model T, or Model A setup instead of posies? I mean if you already have one of those setup... I believe you can pick up a bottom leaf for like around $86. T-Springs and A-Springs.com both the setups as does Langs. Hows the truck coming by the way? Eric
Hey bud its slow but its comin, i seen the springs from those companies and thats waht Im looking at just curious as to how much they actually drop the rear....and to be honest Im still trying to figure out how to strech a reverse eye rear spring safly..hahaha. or I may just take a few leafs out of the stock pack and se what that does. OH and I only mentioned posies as just an allternative...
i think a T spring with reversed eye will be the lowest. i hope! cause that's what i'll be doing soon.
I have to admit when i first heard you were completely tearing down what I thought was a bad *** truck I was like "huh".... but now it's just going to be over the top! Awesome, can't wait to see it done.
A Springs. com is looking at reproducing a 1928 Roadster spring...a true one....Its shaped like a t spring...
