Technical model a rear tire size

    what is the larges tire size i can mount on a 35 spoke wheel i wat to fill the rear wheel fender opening

    You can for sure fit a 750-16. Not sure that there is a commonly available tire size for a 16” that’s taller. At around 31.5” tall the radius of the tire is also pretty dead on to the fender opening radius on a 28/9 as well.

    There is another current thread running that covers the same question and several members showed 7-50 16 tires on their cars. That is as big as you would want and have it look right.
