History Model A Roadster additional pics/informations needed

hi,
found this pic of my roadster here on the hamb, a guy posted it 2009.
i was told the car was build somewhere in iowa and then sold to a guy from rice lake, wi.
now the car is here in germany, but i have not many information about it....
where was this pic taken???? has someone some more ????
car was 2 years ago at the "back to the 50s" show in st.paul....
now the car is looking like that:
