I do not know for sure, but here's my best bid; 21" early model A wheels with standard 4,50-21 in front and rears are Blockley tyres, which makes several 21"; 5,25, 5,25/6,00 and 6,75/7,00

I'd say they're 19" 30-31 wheels

 

The caps suggest 21'', 28-29. JW

I've driven both of them.

 

Some semi local additions. One belongs to me, one doesn’t.

 

Maybe a couple more to breathe some new life into this thread.

 

Cools cars, but two aren't highboys.

 

First 15 mile test drive on mine today...

 

That sort of got away on me, I tried to fix it, but obviously above my pay grade.
