The motor mounts i just made a plate that bolts to the inside of the friction shocks and welded motor mounts to those so i can take them out real easy, turned out pretty slick...more to come :)

****in' Rad, I'm gonna have to keep an eye on this. I feel almost inspired to dump my shoebox project and get an original "T" or "A" and use it for a home to all this flathead stuff I've burying in the back yard.

    Are you finished yet?

    I am impatient.

I do like how you made the indentation on the firewall to clear the fuel pump. I made a swan neck filler tube and run a electric pump ( hidden of course) because I did not want to modify the firewall.

My coupe has '40 24 stud flatty, because like you I cannot stand going 45mph everywhere.

that should fit with the stock steering
    me-oh'sS&C is running a 24 stud with a stock A box

does it hit the back corner of the head?
you can notch the column there and maybe have enough room?

i did notch it and its so close to the shaft it self if the motor moves on the mounts it will hit the shaft. it hits the rear stud on the motor, if it was a 24 stud it would work fine......darn flatheads!!! i hate them so much i own 3 cars now with them.....:0

Jordan, just admit your man crush for me :D Seriously though the sedan rocks! The race is off though, I know the ol 21 stud would smoke my 4 shooter. Call and remind me about the measurement! Oh yeah, guess who has hoarded about seven 32-34 boxes....;)
