i went to work at 3am to plow snow.as i was pulling into Rhinebeck i saw a snow plow made from a model a truck plowing the church parking lot.i'll have ask the town garage guys who has it.i laugh because thats the first time i've seen it in the 30 years i've been in the area
While on vacation in the Brainerd, MN lakes area 5 or so years ago there was an old '28-29 A snow plow conversion thing for sale at some tractor store. Had some ski's mounted in place of the front wheels and some of those tank track type things mounted on dual axles out back. Pretty neat little thing.

[/ QUOTE ] I've heard of the ones like you describe. I only seen picture of them and was told they were made from the factory.
the one i saw was a bit cruder[like wooden roof] painted with that alumimum silver roof paint.there is still a lot of stuff that shows up in this area.the areodrome has lots of old stuff in barns still so i'm wondering if it came out of there.
