I think I made a mistake tonight I was pushing my model A sedan around on Dollie’s. I stupidly pushed on the spare tire on the back, after looking I noticed the carrier is not bolted to the frame but the body itself. It looks like there is a dent around my spare tire carrier. Did I do this or is there a factory indent in the body? Thanks

Looks like it may have been done already judging by the light rust where paint has flaked.

I'm pretty sure there never was a factory indent but I think it's pretty common damage. Definitely not a good spot to push against.

That can be repaired very easily with the back seat removed

Something does not look right with your spare tire carrier. The bottom two bolts should bolt to the rear body sub rail, not under it as you picture.
