Model A sport cpe to roadster conversion

Are regular coupe and sedan doors the same as a sport coupe door? I've got my eye on a sport coupe with a missing right door.

 

28-29 coupe/sport coupe/sedan doors should be the same, 30-31 sedan doors are wider (or longer depending on which way you look at it, iam speaking in context from the side)... sport coupe and coupe doors are the same for 28's and 31's respectively

 

All this talk of Sport Coupes is great, i'm in the process of building one and all the pics and different ideas are great. And the info spilling out is just fantastic.
