Technical Model A steering

    Exactly my point. I want it to drive as best as it possibly can. Don't get me wrong. It's very fun to drive and not scary but I want it better.

    I'd test what '29 Gizmo suggested. Work the suspension and feel for steering feedback. If you have ever had a loose wheel or other suspension component, it seldom feels loose when you statically test it. Under use it's then quite different.
    I know it must be frustrating but sounds like a good build. Would love to see pics.

    OTHERS CAN SOME TIMES SEE IN PHOTOS, what owner can not;),,,so pic of front an rear end parts showing how there set up are very good to do!, I don't see any that show that stuff.

    My post: If you plan to use the same mounting holes in the frame, then a F1 box will have the wrong pitch and will put the steering wheel into the windshield.

    Think of the time you would have saved using an F100 box..........

    Pics of the car and the build can be seen by clicking on my build thread below my signature. Took it out for a ride yesterday and just want to add that on curves, the car is a dream. Handles great and the panhard bars front an rear really work well. On the straight, it seems a little loose, requiring more attention. It wanders a little left to right, back and forth.
