Hot Rods Model A toekick positioning?

I was rummaging through the scrap pile today and spotted a few of the toe plate supports I had removed years ago. As mentioned they angled up from the floor at a 45 degree angle. Wouldn't be too difficult to fabricate reasonable facsimiles. You could have these for free but probably not worth the cost of shipping.
