    Hello

I am planning to put a v8-60 from a 50's Ford Vedette (French) in my 1930 model A.

I have heard that some people kept the stock rear end from the model A?
Anybody that is running a model A rear end with a v8-60?

I do have the transmission and rear from the Vedette, but was curious what it would give with the model A rear end.
I do not know what the Vedette rear end ratio is.

    Thank you
    Maeckel

Also makes a big difference what transmission you plan to use. Search this site and Ford Barn for earlier threads on this same subject. Might start with a fred cause I was part of it. Good Luck: Fred A
