Model A Vicky?

I just got a Vicky that I need to find a panel to fix the back half. The rear is banged in and rotted out but can be fixed. I am wondering if anyone knows of a place to get a patch panel from or if there is anyone close to me that can fab me up one. This project will be a long one because I really want this to be right. I was talking to someone from Cali who said they have a back section that I need but they have not gotten back to me yet. So if anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. Hell I would even be willing to make it myself if I knew what tools I should have.

I remember an article in an older R&C about taking the rear body panel from a same year 2 door sedan and [rough cutting] that out a bit large and flipping it 180 degrees /t******* it-and making a vicky-"bustle" from that same peice.......

 

Will a back half of a 4 door be the same?

 

If you need to have one fabbed up I am in Syracuse.

How do I get you to give me an idea about what it will cost for the panel. i have a guy down here that i am supposed to check out this week if he can't do it or I think he can't then i would like to drive up to see what you do. I would bring the back half with me so you could see how big of a panel you would have to make. I am only in Binghamton,NY

we have a vicky club only her name is club vicky and i did not find her in a club she hunts with a club and we are successful cuz there is 123 members in our club .......and her one foot is weak......urrrp?????

If my memory is correct , jersey suede, name here on hamb, used a 40 ford sedan top as filler for rear panel when he louvred it... There are many other top shapes out there that will work..
