I was wondering if any of you model a owners paint the underside of your visors flat black to help with glare.

  2. That sounds like a good idea.

I never had glare issues from the backside of the visor, mine is body colored. The biggest glare issue is the vertical windshield, not much you can do about that.

I own/have owned a few model A’s. My 29 has a metal visor painted gloss black. How are you getting a glare? Pics? 3F095F39-A97E-4370-805C-858CF9D069C8.jpeg

The Visor is a**** the Coolest of the stock Model A Parts.
Mine has a lovely patina on the back side. Might try to keep the ‘No Glare’ texture when the paint time comes.
Probably turn into a thousand pin holes upon etching... can’t use it on my Phaeton anyway.
    Place smily face here.
