It seems to me that I've seen the entire end of the front wishbone/radius ball available. As opposed to just the ball. Like the entire casting/forging.
I've been searching the typical Model A parts places and no luck.
If anyone knows, a link would be great.

Or did I just dream this? Can't rule that out...

You likely saw a photo of one that had been separated from the rest of the ‘bone. They are a forging but I can’t see any demand for reproductions, so no, it’s unavailable.

I've sold several used; but good end forgings cut from original 'bones on ebay. Like the one in the attached picture. Maybe check to see if any others are listed.

I have been playing with Model A's since 1968 and have never seen the part you are looking for.

Well, that settles it. It was all in a dream...

Another quick question. Is there a stub that fits into the wishbone tube then welded to the tube?

    Thanks,

The end forging is **** welded to the tubes; probably using one of Ford's "lost to history" production process.

I feel like I’ve seen them as well but I really can’t remember where. And to be honest the memory is fuzzy enough that it may have just been some cleaned up original parts for sale.

not exactly a hard part to find if you are in need.

  11. The Carrillo is for 32, which is wider if you are trying to keep the model A stock, which won't work. If you need a stock model A, I can dig one up for you that should be just fine to weld into your bones.
