Ok after further reading, Need to ditch the whole rear suspension, rear end, second trans... Current to do list: Build a wooden body dolly Lift engine and Trans... Unbolt 2nd trans Re-check frame again for square... Fish tail every seam. Weld in a x-member Re-weld new trans mount Set up/order a new rear end and rear susp set up... (front end looks ok) Rear leaves are just fucked. Blast body and frame... clean/blast engine... C-notch and box front frame rails, as suspension is sig lowered... Also if caster is less than 7 deg, its bye bye current front set up or re-working it! AND WAIT FOR IT, WAIT FOR IT!!!! DITCH THE GRILL! YOU MOTHER FUCKERS HAVE WORN ME DOWN! I plan to make a louvered 3 piece hood for this bastard, and that grill just won't cut it... I need a lower grill to match the cowl, so the hood will flow. I need to check the radiator height, and may have to go with a new/or mustang style... So far everything is flathead f600 (engine, trans, and radiator).... Any ideas on rear end folks?

my preference is '35 Ford wires all around (16" dia.) with 5 / 5.25 x 16 wide whites on the front and 8.20 x 16's in the rear. I believe that is very close to what your photoshop photo has early on in the thread.
Need help from the community... Please help me ID my transmission... It is a 53 4-speed mated to the original 53 flathead power plant. I want to rebuild this and potentially replace spur gears with helical gears if such a kit exists. Thanks!
