Model T door glass

I know there must be a post somewhere here about installing Model T coupe door gl*** but I've tried every search term I can think of and I'm stumped. Any help here? Looks like I may need to install the gl*** first and the felt channels after. Seems to me my Model A doors had a removable top and you just slid the gl*** down but not so on the T.
