Hot Rods Model T Radiator Shell upper panel replacement?

    I'm thinking of changing out the upper radiator shell panel, with the stamped Ford logo, on my 1926 - 27 shell for one in better condition. There are no visible welds and I don't think Henry had super glue back then. Maybe soldered in place?? Any of you performed this surgery before? When putting it back together maybe that body panel adhesive would work or solder it. Had a Ford Barn comment that it may be spot welded but can't see any visible spot welds. Thoughts?? Thanks.

    its just metal, cut and weld like any other body panel.
    use sand paper on the inside bead to find the spot welds, use a drill or spot weld drill to separate and weld mew panel in
