[IMG]Does anyone know of a basic plan or kit for building a cab of this style? Or do people just wing it? I can't turn anything up on the internet. There never was a standard back in the day, just whatever some private coach builder decided to make usually. I guess that's my first clue...

i've never seen any plans for a truck, but i would post this on the MTFCA forum and see if you get any results. i know you can get plans for the pickup bed

You picked a really nice one as your goal. That is an aftermarket cab, don't know what company built it, there were many. Hinged or sliding doors there were lots of options. Draw up some detailed plans before cutting up wood. Bob

  4. Don’t know of any plans, but as a semi-retired cabinetmaker/jaloper in Vermont,
    that’s a dream project!

    Good luck,
