hi my name is steve and i'am a mechanic for a large bus company in new york i love hot rod all shapes all makes an models i have just one little problem i have a 23 model t street rod that i can;t registerbecause when i bought it there was only a bill of sales no registration or ***le and new york won;t you register with out a reg or ***le now can any one help me out to get a ***le or a registration so i can cruise

 

Man that ****s, do you have a vin# for the car if so you can get a lost or rebuild ***le I am not sure how New York is on this only know how TN is.

If you do not have a vin# I have seen people selling vin tags with ***le's for old cars that were junked out again not sure if it is legal or not in your state. Hope this helps.
