Looking for ideals on what I can make fit into 1927 Model TT. The original engine block and head is split wide open. Would like to keep it simple with 4 cylinder, maybe auto trans, maybe open driveshaft and modern rear end. It is a C cab without doors and plan on keeping it that way. Any ideals and pictures would be appreciated.

  2. Put a warmed up model A engine in it backed by a T5 trans.Still look early Ford, but the OD would let you run faster.

As I understand,Top Speed on a TT is about 20 mph.

  4. My Modified has a TT frame and I have a 347 Pontiac in it.

Frame is boxed, pinched and zeed with tubular cross members.

Blackjack that is outrageous motor for the frame, but cool.

Any pictures, or how to on Model A engine and T5 trans?

  6. Use the Ford AA bellhousing to do a T5 swap.
