    THANKS! Great to see that, could you print the magazine cover so we know what to look for in a flea market. I've got some Roof literature I post tomorrow. Most of Robert Roof's fame came from Model T Ford speed equipment but he did build Model A & B and V8-60 parts as well.

    He was still going strong after the war. His 1947-48 catalog.

    although I do collect vintage tech mags, this is not mine. It came from a online archive. Mechanix Illustrated I think.

    THANKS! If you scroll down on that site you'll come across a feature on a Midget Race Car with a special sidecar for a Lion cub. There was a photo here on the HAMB a few months ago with the car at speed with the Cub riding in it. :eek:
