Has anyone every converted 61-67 Econoline headlight bezels to dual lights? I don't know if there would be enough room, but I am thinking you could weld a ring in to match the original and then massage the outer frame to match?

There appears to be room for two 7" lights (right side), but I like the left better with a 5 3/4" light

The 5 3/4" would look cool as an amber fog lamp next to clear 7's.

I had considered it when I was restyling my Olds but elected to go with 65 Corvair instead.

You've a good eye Lucky. How about a 5 3/4 fog on one side and a 5 3/4 air intake on the other?
