  1. Don't forget the electric fan. Oh, and I saw a tech on how to adapt a Camry steering wheel passenger side air bag on

Where did you find the Isky tag?? It looks cool so does the mod.

I've never seen of an Isky cam or a tag for it.

Hey, there's nothing wrong with the bigger doors, and the older you get, the more you'll appreciate them, especially when you go to get in and out. It IS going to be a driver, right?

I agree on the air cleaners, the ones your Dad made would look great with finned Corvette script covers (really great if you could find some early ones that had nine fins as opposed to the more common seven finned versions), not so good with the aftermarket ones you've got on there now.

No way man. That one piece engine turned you made is WAY cooler. It draws your eyes right away and is really origial. I bet you even get some 800 hot rodders ask you where you bought it at the LSR so they can have one too.

Keep it your style. You've got a good eye Eric.

Not fired up yet...hopefully, maybe this weekend.

Here's my gas tank...went ahead and got the T style tank from the Hot Rod Compay. It's alright...I was planning to do something different for the gas cap anyway, so the ugly soldering around the opening can be fixed. I'll also be making something to cover up the gauge sending unit. Pleasantly surprised to see the baffles in it. I really wish I could have fit the 13 gallon tank in the car, but the 11.5 gallon should be enough. Same size as a stock '32 tank roughly.

Roughed in some mounts for it...I guess I thought the belt/strap thing would look better...this is the best I could come up with from Wally World. I think I need to come up with some other straps...these are lacking. Anyone have any ideas?

    Thats it for now...

  17. Hit a local Tack shop for straps. Or a boot/saddle maker.
