I had never seen the episode...... F#@$%ING WOW!! So cool!! Gene is a MACHINE for sure, they're all amazing!! Would love to see the Chevy in person one day!!

 

I saw Gene Winfield at the LA Roadster show after that show aired on the build. I mentioned to him that I saw it and how cool that car was.He said he never saw show becuse he didn't have cable.

Last year I stopped in to check out West Coast Choppers. I spent about 20 minutes drooling over the 54. My wife was outside waiting. She almost had to drag me back to the car.
By the way Jesse, we loved Cisco Burger!

All I can say is Jesse is the man. Cool 54, you've had the chance to rub elbows with some big names, great marketing, great bikes, nice wife, and you're on the tube a lot. I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy....... You are A OK in my book.

One thin I love most about that car is the grease stains on the seats,which shows Jesse wasn't afraid to drive it.

One thing I was disappointed about when I went to pick up the girl I was dating at the time that worked in the shop is that Jesse wasn't there.I just wanted to ask if I could just sit in it,because that car was built by a collaboration of customizing legends,which I include Jesse in that as a customizing legend.Pure inspiration.

It looks like he cut the bumper down and molded it into the body. I did the same to mine without cutting the bumper down.

 

There is a bumper on the back.

And yes the car is finished! Why would you even ask?

As far as a serious builders show with no drama not having a wide audience; they'll never know because the producers don't have a clue! If you tape it they will come.

 

I didn't have cable when this show came out. I always wanted to see it. Thanks for posting. I could watch Bill Hines all day. You kinda get a feel what it would have been like to work with Gene, Dick Dean, you can tell its second nature to them! I met Norm at a rod run when the Henway come out, hes a really nice guy! Makes my day!

 

That was great to finally see that show. What a cool car and some serious talent being put to work there. I can really understand how you could never sell something like that.

All those legendary builders on one car, damn. Likely will never happen again. this car is very special . I missed the Caddy episode i guess. It's bad ass also.

Righteous car.

My favorite episode goes back to Season 1, the wheel standing ambulance. I think that was probably the most fun for all involved. What say you Jesse?
