monster garage????

does any one have the episode of monster garage the one wit the 54 or the one they built the rat rod taped? or where i can get em?

Not sure if they sell individual shows or not.

 

discovery does sell episodes AND sets of M/G, but those to episodes have NOT become available yet!!! I don't know why, but I check once a week, I am also waiting for that episode of rides with the choppers, cuttin' Allan Kahan's yellow rod, ...Ken

 

I've got the '54 chevy episode recorded on my computer (I've got one of those fancy video cards ). PM sent.

 

I have the one where they built a car in NYC. I think Paul Cox is on the show. If thats the "rat rod" show you are referring to I have it recorded at my parents house through their DVR (Cable tape recorder thing) I could rewatch the show and tape it through my VCR if you wanted. PM me if need be.

 

i dont think youll see such episodes available any time in the future. ive been waiting over a year now. i bet that they will never release them due to the nature of those particular shows. seems to me that they dont want the general public knowing how to do "real" work on their own projects. i guess thats fair enough, but if you want to turn a miata into a jet ski, they gotcha covered.

I just watched the Rides episode the other day... I can make a copy and send it to you if needed. It will look like hell since its just recorded on a crappy VCR but something is better then nothing.

On a side note, I also have the famous "Jammin' on the One" Cosby show with Stevie Wonder on the same tape... Probably has to be one of the goofiest things to be put on TV. A true gem.
