Hot Rods Moon elect. gauge problem ..

showing no pressure , it is showing 7 ohms , do I need new sending unit and if I do what rating do I need ??

 

I have old Moon anniversary gauges in my 3 window that were made by Cl***ic Gauges. I always wondered if they still carried replacement parts?

 

Look closely at the bottom of your gauge. If it says "Cl***ic Instruments" in small letters at the bottom, call then up and order a new sender.

says "Covers a pressure range of 0-100 psi with the standard 240-33 ohm range. "
If this is what you have and it's showing 7 ohms between the sender connection and the body, you need a new one.

This is just a guess since you mention pressure.
