I really want to get a set of Syder Caps. I had heard that the Mooneyes spyders were flying off when people were driving with them. Is this just a vicious rumor. Or is somthing that has been happening. I dont want to spend that much dough for somthing that wont even stay on my wheels..
If I remember, HAMBer WORM is working on repopping a spider-styled cap. Multiple bolt patterns, as well as bolt holes, I.E. 4 hole and 6 hole spiders.
fraz is correct, but i must add you can get original 4 lug spyders as i've got a set for a future project and the mini trim ring to match. that said the mooneyes one **** from what i've been told. don't know personnally since i don't know anyone who has wasted their money on 'em. you can get spyders on ebay pretty regularly. your gonna pay about the same as the repops but you get the real spyders. keep a check on the bay you'll get a set. what lug pattern do you need i may can help...ken....
i rmeember a post while back about making spider cap look-alikes using bullet lugs and a chrome bullets, try searching for it, they looked pretty good too. Might be a lo-buck solution for ya.
