Mopar A body

I thought all 318s from that era were 2 bbl motors....

 

They were for the US market, likely an aftermarket intake and custom sticker.

 

Four barrel carbs were available as an option on 318 motors, for only a few years, in the early 80s, both in cars and in trucks. These were the emission choked motors, where things were just added on to meet the new year's emission standards. At the time, the 318 was the only 4bbl Mopar V8 offered, the 360 was only available as a 2 bbl version at the time. Wouldn't have been in an A body though, probably only in an "M" body car or light pickup.
