There is not much of an aftermarket for '64 Barracudas, especially for sheet metal. First off, you'll probably want to join www.forabodiesonly.com. That is a great place to ask questions and find used parts for A-bodies. A few places that I frequent when getting parts for my Mopars are 440 Source, Van's Auto, Auto Metal Direct, Goodmark Industries, Layson's, and sometimes Year One.
I have a 340 along with the rest of a 72 Cuda drive train plus half the other parts are MOPAR in my 37 Terraplane. I guess that makes me a MOPAR GUY.
Cruise a Chevy, but MOPARS are my favorite. In the past we had 2 1971 'CUDA 340's. 1 4spd, 1 727 auto. 1-1973 340-4spd 'CUDA. I have fond memories of that whiney starter sound. I could hear my cousin coming down the road to pick me up. That awesome downshifting sound. Nothing fits your hand like a Hurst Pistol Grip. It's like God actually created mans hand to fit it. We were the black sheep of the town. The only MOPARs in a Chevy town. We held our own though. We were respected. The 'Cudas are now gone---and so is my hair. UGGGGHHH!
I just finished a t-5 conversion on my 49 Coronet, hell of a difference having that behind the flat 6.
I like cars. I grew up hanging out at my uncles Chrysler/Plymouth dealership, where my mother worked. I still remember the first GTX and the first Roadrunner I say. I painted a picture of the GTX. I've been away from Mopars for a while but recently bought a '41 Plymouth coupe that will be Mopar powered when I'm finished, so count me in. P.S. I like cars that are not seen everywhere you go. Not dissing fords and chevys, but that just ain't me.
My newest addition to the fleet - 1941 Plymouth PT-125 pickup... And my wife's car, a 1978 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham Salon. It's nearly identical to the '78 her Dad had from 1979 to 1991.
Been a lifelong Moparite! Sold off a 1968 Satellite last summer, just brought home a cheap project car. Dad has had several Mopar's, current is a sweet 65 Belvedere 2 door post that has a stout 440 in it and a mini tub.

I just picked up a project car with a 360 mopar small block. Can someone recommend a book that describes this motor and possible performance options?
