wondering if someone might have an under dash/steering column wiring schematic for a 65 chrysler imperial.
the problem i am having is a turn signal/brake light problem that will not make itself obvious enough where i can figure it out.
rt.turn signal will flash front and rear at normal speed for a few seconds, and then speed up.
    rt.brake light works good.
lt. side signals and brake light are hit and miss at times.
i have dismantled and cleaned up the turn signal switch ,but he problem persists.
a portion of a wiring diagram would be great, but barring that, any tips on where else to search?
    many thanks in advance.

Try www.imperialclub.com, I bet they have something there, and if not you could ask their mailing list. Maybe it's a turn signal flasher?

Sounds like you could have a badk ground at one of your light sockets. Probably the front. You might want to make sure that your spring in the light socket is in good shape and that the socket itself is not all cruddy.

    thanks much.
will check out the imperial site.
i'll give it another look over as well, maybe i missed something on the first pass.
that thing wouldn't have two flashers would it?
as i said earlier, the right side will flash normally at first, then speed up.
    beats me!
    wish me luck.
