I grabbed a couple of the translator things. I thought there was one you could apply to a website or more than just blocks of text. Got an error message...too much text...:(

That just doesn't look fake at all to me! Looks like the real deal... the only dead giveaway that it's fake is there's no splits in the steering wheel!!!:D

This guy should get together with the guy from the other thread who took the pictures of models that were incredible.

wow wonder how many hours are involved to build that, the amount of detail is amazing.
Makes me wonder if he's built anything full size, would like to see that.

Digging the hot rod roadster on the website! Sure would like to know more about his techniques and the scale of these things. Check out the evolution of the tires in the photos...

I didn't open this thread yesterday because I didn't want to read all the whining and drama. I'm sorry I took so long now.

That is one talented sum*****!! I came to love weathering from my old model RR days.

I don't know if he's on Hamb but John Gevo from the central NY area has a 54 or so Chevy P/U that has the best Faux finnish I have ever seen. It looks like a worn out original paint job that was waxed and cleand right down to the primer. He won an award at the Rhinebeck GG show 2 yrs. ago. He is the owner of Gevo's Gears for all your vintage and nostalgia rear end gears.
