I am here in DC suburbs, in VA. I rarely see old cars of any kind, unless they are going to shows. In this land of rust long commutes, people buy practical cars. I used to have two 65 Comets, but my long drive was racking up senseless miles, and without AC or a radio. I took one to a body shop to get an estimate on rust repairs. The guy told me to find a cheaper hobby like raising horses. I tried restoring old guitars, and learned a lot. But I can't shake the car thing. In the high tech world, we have to rely on techies to do anything. Same with modern cars. So where is the zen? I never knew what a guitar was until I took a few apart. So I am looking at cars, mostly on Craigslist.
