There are already a few KKOA threads but I figured one more couldn't hurt. Sorry for not formally getting to meet more HAMBers, but i had some slight issues with the car that finally got smoothed out. Had a great time though, and hope it grows for next year. Time for some pictures.

There were a lot more cars showing and cruisin the grounds than racing, primarily a more custom crowd for sure. chopper99, I loved your car, and your buddy's merc. Its a shame we didn't get to set up more grudge matches for sunday. And i just wanted to add that local fella and good friend Bob Badger took home the goodguys award and the match off award with his 1950 Ford gasser. The car runs consistent 11's and he hit 115 mph for the first time this weekend. Congrats to Bob and all other award winners.
The other day I was wondering about this sled. I didn't know that this was still around. I saw it in Wichita at the 20th lead sled specatular. Very kool. Thanks for posting the pictures. Happy Trails, Mick
Laidback: Walked by your ride and you guys were thrashin on it, so I didn't bother you. I agree, this show has all the workings to be a great event. Hope it grows next year!
Nice post Kenny, I remember talking to Bob Badger at last years all ford nationals and he was just then talking about wanting to build a gasser style 50 ford. That thing turned out very nice, probably my favorite car there. Wonder if he knows about the Jalopy drags?
