More Lo-Buc Tech: Eliminating Hot Start prolems on GM starter

    On my Pontiac I fixed my starter so I could install it quicker, not so much hot start. I cut the nose cone in half behind the bolt holes, rotated the hosing so the solenoid hung at the bottom instead of the top, centered it and had it welded back together. I could just bolt it up, then wire it from the bottom with no worries about running cable around headers. It started a 11:1 compression 462 every time no matter how hot it was with factory wiring.

    I just used a GM high torque starter to fix mine ,NOT an off shore aftermarket junk starter, spins like top , when hot ,and feeding 11.1 also !!!
